Winter Song — Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson

This song will always remind me of my daughter. And not because she is 10,000 miles away but because I always feel love is alive when I think of her. And of course the pink hearts on the cheeks. That too. I have been dotting the “i” in Emi’s name since she was born. It started for one reason and as I got to know her it became yet another reason. Appropriate that the first time I saw Ingrid Michaelson perform live was with my daughter. It was an amazing concert. I’d love to see Ingrid and Sara together, and of course, performing this beautiful song. Enjoy!
