Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo

My whole life I’ve been asked what kind of shampoo I use. I was fortunate to get both my mom and dad’s head of healthy hair. (Don’t be too envious I also got my dad’s bad teeth and my mom’s kidney stones!) So I have never really used a particular product on my hair and, as a matter of fact, I’m not sure I have ever bought the same one twice in a row. Until now.

Just several months ago my daughter mentioned she really liked Trader Joe’s Tea Tree Tingle Shampoo and Conditioner so I bought some. And I bought it again. So I guess I like it a lot. I’m a fan of tea tree anything to begin with so TJ’s starts at an advantage here with me.

Huffington Post agrees. They tout the shampoo as “one of the best grocery store shampoos, hands down!” At just $3.99 for either the shampoo or conditioner, I completely agree. It’s available at but don’t buy it there — you’ll pay $10 bucks for it!

About the product:

  • Contains No Laurel/Laureth Sulfates
  • Suitable for All Hair Types
  • Cruelty Free — Never Tested on Animals
  • 16 Fl Oz (473 mL) Bottle
  • Contains Certified Organic Botanical Ingredients

Speaking of Huff Post, here’s a little extra bonus for you. I came across this list of Trader Joe’s products they think are their best beauty products. If you try any please let me know what you think. I can tell you #1 on the list is yummy — it was given to me for my birthday years ago. Here’s the list:
