Anyone who travels by plane should subscribe to Scott’s Cheap Flights. It’s $40 bucks a year and worth every penny.

Here’s how it works. You can sign on for the free version but I wouldn’t bother. Actually I did bother but soon realized I would benefit much more from the paid version. You pay your $40, provide your email and departure city/cities (highly recommend choosing more than one and so does Scott) and voila! emails with great fares and a list of departure cities start arriving in your inbox. Usually one or two a day depending on how many departure cities you’ve entered.

Note: I highly recommend entering major cites in your country of origin for your departure cities. For instance, if you live in the United States and especially want to see great international fares, choose cities like Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Miami, and San Francisco. You can tag on your domestic flight and still save a lot. If you’re in say Australia, choose Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.

Scott receives no incentive from the airlines. You simply use Google flights to enter flight and date info to find the exact fares he sends you. Scott will even caution you as to how long the fare is likely to last. Usually only a couple days.

It’s really that easy. If you still have questions, contact me. #MakeItA5HeartJourney
