Brittany Runs a Marathon, Sundance Film Festival Audience Award Winner, is an Amazon Original now on Prime Video. Written and directed by Paul Downs Colaizzo, in his directorial debut, it stars Jillian Bell as less-than-healthy, fun-loving life-of-the-party. The movie is not quite as predictable as it seems in the beginning in this very relatable comedy with some deeper-meaning undertones.
This is one of those movies you can watch again and again. And laugh again and again. And maybe even cry a little. The dialogue is clever, characters are well-developed, and the story line will keep you interested all throughout. Here’s the trailer:
