Bonut at Biscuit Love
I’m in a hurry so this will be a quickie 5 Heart Rating. Looking through pics recently I saw a photo of the bonut I had at Biscuit Love in Nashville. It’s all house-made fried biscuit dough, lemon mascarpone, and blueberry compote. (see feature photo)
We got to sample this wonderful dessert when on a food tour in downtown Nashville with my cousin (thanks for including us, Cathy!) , her hubby, and their friends. This was one of the highlights of the tour. It’s not often when I find fresh-baked goods that I rave about but this is definitely one of them. The contrast of flavors, textures, and temperatures is perfection.
